Excellent service from Aldergrove Roofing and Murat

We needed to replace several broken roof tiles, and we were very pleased with the service from Aldergrove Roofing. The job was completed promptly, and the quality of the work was excellent.

Murat was especially helpful and professional. He took the time to explain what materials and repair techniques were being used, which gave us confidence that the repair was done properly. He also provided us with information about where we could purchase replacement tiles in the future, should we need them again.

We will definitely call Murat again if we ever have any roof problems in the future.

Great job, Murat! Highly recommended.

Great response for an urgent roof repair. Called 4 roofing companies that say they are open on Saturdays, but Aldergrove roofing was the only one that replied in a timely manner. Had all the tools and parts required and very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

I chose Aldergove Roofing as I really was comfortable with Murat.
He was very friendly and accomodating.
The price quoted was adhered too and the job was done much quicker than originally mentioned.
The after job clean up was handled mostly by Marat himself.
All in all....a great choice to have them do my roof.
Thank you again Murat.

When I first noticed water intrusion in my home, I was very worried. At the time my roof still had the original plastic vents, and one roofer even told me that my underlayment had failed and that my roof was basically relying on “just a thin sheet of paper.” That explanation made me extremely anxious.

I invited several roofers to inspect the roof, but most of them could not clearly identify the problem. One even suggested replacing my entire roof with shingles, claiming that concrete tile roofs were outdated. That advice honestly left me quite frustrated.

When Murat inspected my roof, his assessment was completely different. He carefully checked the system and explained that the underlayment was actually in good condition and that the overall roof was still performing well. His only recommendation was to replace the old plastic vents with proper metal vents designed to direct water away.

At first I didn’t fully appreciate how important that suggestion was. But after learning more about tile roof systems and speaking with other professionals, I realized Murat had correctly identified the key maintenance point. He was not trying to sell unnecessary work — he was offering a solution that would prevent problems for years to come.

After replacing the vents, he also helped with several preventative improvements, including sealing vulnerable flashing areas on the flat roof and adding metal flashing reinforcement to improve water flow in a valley area.

Murat is professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable about tile roofing systems — something that is surprisingly rare. He focuses on solving problems rather than pushing expensive replacements. I’m very grateful to have found a roofer like Murat, and thanks to him I now feel much more confident about the condition of my roof.

I first met Murak from Aldergrove Roofing 9 years ago when I had just purchased my home. After a huge snowfall and then an ice storm when it all started to melt, I had water pouring in. I called Aldergrove roofing and Murak came and explained to me why this was happening and promptly fixed the issue.
Fast forward 9 years later, I was told by a different contractor that I needed a new roof.
I called Murak and he got back to me right away and came and had a look. This man is very honest and hardworking and very skilled at his craft. All fixed and cost just over 1500 bucks.
Get on his maintenance list, talk about peace of mind, whew!
Call Aldergrove Roofing the next time you need your roof repaired, replaced or maintained, you will be glad you did!
I know I am .. you’ve got a customer for life with me and anyone else I know.
Thanks Murak 😊

Murat and his team found out my roof real leaking spot and fixed the problem.
In the beginning, we thought it was the gutter leaking. Some of our friends came to fix but it’s still leaking into my bed room. However, Aldergrove Roofing found the real problem which was the crack vents on the roof. They fixed it. It’s no more leak now. They are so professional and detailed handling the roof and gutters. We will hire them to replace our old hidden gutter membrane. They really earned our trust! Such a reliable company !
