EPDM roof repairs

Untitled design (7).png

EPDM roofs are on commercial flat roof's. They are usually a ballasted roof. A ballasted roof means that the roof membrane is not anchored or adhered in any way to the decking material. It is, however, ballasted, generally with gravel. The weight of the gravel is what keeps the roof on without being anchored during high winds or storms. This is a very cost effective roof. The downfall of the EPDM roof is that this membrane is fairly thin and if the membrane gets punctured, the leak can be very difficult to find because of the gravel. Our team of roofers are experts at finding and patching EPDM roof leaks. Give us a call to get your EPDM roof repaired.
